I had the pleasure of staying at StudioRes by Marriott in Newnan during my treatment at City of Hope. As a patient, I normally stay on the beautiful City of Hope campus, so I was a little hesitant about staying off-site. However, I can honestly say that my experience exceeded every expectation. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and truly felt like home. What made my stay even more special was the outstanding customer service. Bryana and Charlie were absolutely amazing—kind, compassionate, welcoming, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The City of Hope provided a complimentary shuttle service that was seamless and running continuously between the hotel and City of Hope. This made transportation completely stress-free. It was clear that every detail of this partnership was thoughtfully planned with patients in mind. The rooms come with an apartment size refrigerator, large microwave and the ability to sign into your streaming apps…Netflix. Thank you, StudioRes by Marriott, for making me feel comfortable, cared for, and at home during a difficult time. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, especially fellow City of Hope patients and their families.

Fitness room has separate a/c and water source. Laundry room clean with working machines. Refreshment center and vending machine was always kept well stocked. Room kitchen is empty, so u have to stock it coffeemaker, toaster, towels, …

This is a new property, very clean, safe, and perfect for our stay. We stayed one night on our way to Florida and it was the perfect location right off 85 and surrounded by food and shopping options. The entire property was clean and fresh. The staff we encountered were very friendly. Front desk is only available 8A-12A so that was different but did not affect us or our stay at all. There is still someone staying on property if you need something. It is just something to note. To enter the property you must need your keys to enter a few doors so it was very reassuring as far as safety. Reminder, it’s a new property which means beds, pillows, and blankets are all new as well. If you prefer a more cozy feel bring your own pillows and blankets but again it was not a problem. Good piece of mind that it’s still very new and not falling apart. The rooms were spacious and kitchenettes were also great, we didn’t use them though except for the full fridge. No carpet was a wonderful surprise and bonus! I personally feel so gross walking around on carpet. 10/10
